Where do I get my protein?
Plant based sources such as legumes, leafy green veggies (kale, arugula) seeds, nuts, quinoa, rice, tempeh and avocado all have amino acids which build up in your body to make a complete protein.
Will I be hungry between meals?
Not at all because you will be eating whole foods that are plant-based such as fruits, vegetables, tubers, leafy greens, and whole grains which are lower in calories, but not in satiety and nutrition.
Will I need to take supplements?
Only B12 , and 15 minutes a day of sunshine for vitamin D.
